Goals
The goal of the chef culinary conference is to advance campus dining by promoting healthy, sustainable, and delicious food and lifestyle options, utilizing culturally inspired and globally influenced recipes and practices.
Hands-on Experience
Provide relevant learning opportunities and hands-on demonstrations in various sessions and workshops. Create opportunities for attendees to develop skills to enhance authenticity, quality, sustainability, and diversity of food.
Health and Sustainability
Promote healthy, sustainable, delicious and diverse foods for College and University campus dining community.
Education
Provide accurate, industry focused, up-to-date information on health and wellness, sustainability, and global cuisine. Â

Provide thoughtful engagement and collaboration to enhance storytelling of the College and University campus dining industry and raise to the bar of campus dining.
